Management Service
This is where the landlord has asked Accord to manage a property on their behalf on a day-to-day basis. In these circumstances all telephone calls and contact will be through Accord. Corporate clients looking for accommodation for employees are strongly recommended only to take properties under our management service as we are able to meet your professional demands and give you total peace of mind
Letting Service
This is where the landlord has chosen to deal with the day-to-day management of the property themself. The tenant will be given his/her telephone number and as issues crop up during the tenancy your point of contact will be with the landlord..
