The Complete Inventory Service
In order to manage your property effectively, it is
important that a comprehensive inventory and schedule of
condition is professionally drawn up at the start of the
tenancy.
This is exclusive to the Accord Fully Managed
Service. An Inventory Clerk is appointed on your behalf to
carry out this important task. The size of the
property and whether it is presented furnished or
unfurnished will determine the inventory cost, which also
includes a comprehensive defects and deficiencies report
when the tenant vacates the property.
